Return /Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be mailed within 5 days of receipt. Regularly priced, non-sale items may be exchanged for any in-store inventory. All returns MUST HAVE a Return Number (RN#) on the shipping package and received back to our store within 10 days of receipt. Please email to get your RN#. Any packages without an RN# will be refused. All items are to be returned in the same brand new condition as they were when sent out. We will not accept items that have been worn or damaged or have any odor.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Sale Price and Clearance Items:
All sales for sale price and clearance items are final, no exchanges, and no returns on discounted items.
Pre-ordered items are returnable for store credit or exchange only. No refunds. All Pre-Ordered Item transactions will be processed at time of purchase. The item will be shipped as it becomes available for shipment.
